• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all orders ₹1699 & above.

• A minimal shipping fee may apply for orders below the minimum value.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Dua Luxe Atelier account or contacting our support team.

5. Packaging

Every perfume is securely packed in premium, protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
In the rare case of leakage or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or videos.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions) may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
