We offer an exchange only in case of a defective or incorrect product delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement at no extra cost.
2. No Refunds
As perfumes are personal-use products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered — unless the product is found to be damaged or incorrect.
3. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
