1. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only in case of a defective or incorrect product delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 10-15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
